Thank you, Bob for a job well done! Your Excellent knowledge paid off for us. We ended up not having to install a whole sub panel as requested by inspection report and saving over $2k. We just received the buyer contingency report and the sub panel install was removed. Thanks to the report Bob wrote up with full explanation as to why the current system was up to code and there was no need for a sub panel we are clear to proceed with escrow!

Babak and his employee were very efficient in changing 5 ceiling fans, a chandelier and three outdoor sconces. The work was great and they were very friendly. Will be using them for all of our future electrical needs!
