Hands down the only electrician I will use going forward. Bob was professional, polite, neat and tidy, and extremely knowledgeable of his craft. Thank you, Bob for a job well done! Your Excellent knowledge paid off for us. We ended up not having to install a whole sub panel as requested by inspection report and saving over $2k. We just received the buyer contingency report and the sub panel install was removed. Thanks to the report Bob wrote up with full explanation as to why the current system was up to code and there was no need for a sub panel we are clear to proceed with escrow!
