Very responsive to my initial inquiry. Showed up when they said they would. I had my small backyard torn up and re-done with new artificial turf. It looks great. Even came back the next day after completing the job to repair a section that my crazy dog damaged.

I received five quotations from five competent companies. Two of them, including Innovative Landscaping’s, were clearly superior, and I’m confident I would have been satisfied with either one. In the end, I chose the other company, but I was impressed with Mark’s professionalism in evaluating my landscaping job (artificial turf installation and conversion of the sprinkler system to drip irrigation for the remaining plants) and providing a proposal that addressed everything I asked for. I will definitely consider them for any other landscaping jobs I have in the future.
