The average commission is 6% of the final sales or purchase price of a home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Face to face meeting, nothing like getting to you your client on a professional level. Discovering what the goal and end result is, followed by developing and agreeing on a plan to achieve it. It's that simple!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Part of our Licensing renewal is to complete our rigorous continued education every 4 years before one can renew, but I attend on a regular basis classes & training in order to stay on top of any changes to my industry.
