FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely! I'm currently enrolled in multiple SkillShare classes, which is ideal for my odd hours and night owl tendencies. I'm always on the lookout for new tricks and new styles to emulate in my next project.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Accidentally! I was working as an administrative assistant and I created a flyer advertising a student showcase event at my local community college. The head of marketing for the department interviewed me later that week and I landed the job. (Don't fret; I went to school to receive my certificate in theatrical design and digital graphic design so yes, I do know what I'm doing!)
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Please don't be afraid to tell me exactly what you want! For both of us, constructive criticism will be 10x more effective than an unelaborated "No." It's part of my job to constantly make adjustments or revisions. With more communication, we can diminish the amount of edits and reach the completion date faster! It's your project; you deserve to get exactly what you want. And if something is beyond my skillset, I'll be happy to recommend you to someone who can accomplish what you need.
