FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You can not make a better investment than to hire me. From preventing injury by ensuring you know how to correctly align yourself, to how to cycle (and why that's important), to why you always train by the "A (abs), B (building, resistance routine), C's (cardio)" - and I can guarantee 95% of trainers out there do not know or understand why, to the fact that I am in possession 2000 year old knowledge that had purposely been buried and lost, to the fact that following this method of training helps you get younger instead of older - I am over 60 now and I regularly do hardcore training and Tai Chi moves on an Indo Board - and the fact that this movement method prevents the loss of balance and staves off 'old age' diseases, like Alzheimer s and dementia.... Well, if you need more reasons than that, then you are probably not the reasonable, intelligent, enlightened customer i'm looking for....
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all everyone is slightly different than anyone else. But I start slow, obtaining all the necessary information and data about the customer, explain and demonstrate my process, and answer any and all questions so the customer has a complete understanding of why and how things work and how we will use the bodies natural processes to work with us to achieve the customers goals. Secondly I ensure that any process, move, etc, we do is comfortable for the customer. Our brain only has two mind sets - "flight, fight or fear", verse "Happy, Healthly and Healing". So I always make sure that whatever the process or route we decide on, the customer has the healthy mindset of, "Heck yes I can be successful this way! Bring it on!". This ensure success without the stress, or a possible injury.
