We had an amazing experience with Tae. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. His customer service was exceptional, and he made sure we understood every step of the process.
Tae spent the entire day cleaning, fixing, and replacing parts of our AC system. He never rushed the job and made sure everything was working properly before he left. What really impressed us was that he went above and beyond. He even went to the store with my husband to get a new outdoor AC disconnect box and stayed even longer to install it because he wanted to make sure everything was safe.
It’s not often you find someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right. We truly appreciate Tae’s hard work, honesty, and dedication. We highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service. Thank you, Tae, for taking such great care of us!
