I found HandyHutch Plumbing while thumbing through Thumbtack. I called to have my water heater reconfigured according to our home inspection report as well as fix our bathroom drain pipe so the drain cap would fit. Mikhail called us the next day to fix the 2 issues plus an electrical issue which was not on his schedule. He was very professional, pleasant, and patiently addressed all our concerns. Mikhails with HandyHutch Plumbing responded right away after we reached out for a quote to troubleshoot our leaking water heater. He came out a couple hours after speaking to him on a Sunday afternoon and worked into the night to change out our leaking, rusty water heater. I was so surprised that someone was available to come out on a Sunday afternoon. He was professional and took the time to diagnose the problem then explain everything to us. I was expecting to pay more for the service call and replacement. Pricing was fair and the work was done well. Thank you so much!
