We couldn’t be happier with how our tile turned out! The craftsmanship is absolutely outstanding. Every cut, grout line, and detail was done with precision, and the finished floor looks beautiful. You can tell he takes real pride in his work.

We had a few cracked porcelain tiles in a high traffic area that needed fixing. Del Real Tile & Stone first tried a patching solution, which was easier to implement but just didn't blend well after a couple months. True to their word, they came back and completely replaced the broken tiles so they look just like new and at the total replacement price option they gave us at the beginning. So -- while it took us an extra step to get to a great solution, they delivered a high quality, affordable solution and we'd recommend them highly.
I spoke to Sergio the night before and explained the area that needed to be tiled. He arrived on time the next morning and ready to work. He was very professional and didn’t waste any time. He did an excellent job and I will definitely reach out to him the next time I need to have tile installed. So glad I reached out to him. Thank you Sergio and Johnny 😁

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customer need to know. That. In the real world you get for what you pay for. Sometimes you want to save a couple hundred dollars. But by doing that sometimes you end up paying double in the long run. Be careful who you hire. And keep an eye on them until you feel they know what they are doing
