- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the panel. I make sure to let the customer know I charge my pricing because quality work is not cheap but cheap work is not quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet the customer get to know them a little bit. Explain the importance of cleaning their solar panels. After they understand the importance of cleaning then we would set up an appointment. I will come back take before and after pictures of the panels. Lastly once the customer is satisfied I will receive payment and then see them in 6 months for a routinely cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have tons of hours spent cleaning solar panels. I’m aware of my surrounds for things such as power lines, potential trip hazards, and know exactly how to maneuver the equipment safely and efficiently.
