S & M did a great job assessing our broken old sprinkler system and installing a new and efficient one. Scott explained everything very clearly, step by step, so we knew exactly what the problems were and how they were going to fix them. Then he and Richard got the job done. The new system works great! Although the reviews for S&M were almost to good to be true, I decided to call them. Scotty arrived on time, listened (really listened) to my explanation of the problem, provided solutions with details on the how and why without being condescending. His knowledge about sprinkler systems is impressive. Scotty and Richard were prompt, did the work and kept me updated with status during the day. They installed anti siphon valves, a shut off valve (that won’t get buried underground never to be found again), a pressure regulator along with a drip filter reducer.
