S & M did a great job assessing our broken old sprinkler system and installing a new and efficient one. Scott explained everything very clearly, step by step, so we knew exactly what the problems were and how they were going to fix them. Then he and Richard got the job done. The new system works great! Although the reviews for S&M were almost to good to be true, I decided to call them. Scotty arrived on time, listened (really listened) to my explanation of the problem, provided solutions with details on the how and why without being condescending. His knowledge about sprinkler systems is impressive. Scotty and Richard were prompt, did the work and kept me updated with status during the day. They installed anti siphon valves, a shut off valve (that won’t get buried underground never to be found again), a pressure regulator along with a drip filter reducer. My water company informed me that I had water running 24/7 on my property and advised to look at my irrigation system. I submitted a request from thumbtack and within minutes three several companies reached out. Ultimately, I decided to go with Scotty for a number of reasons, he was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly explained what was going on with my valves.
