Great multi-generational family owned business. We inherited a bit of a mess on the irrigation setup in our new home. They identified the issues, put together a reasonable proposal and did what they said they would. They also provided a lifetime warranty on the work for as long as we own the house. So, we know all the foundational elements of our system are not going to cost a penny more. Highly recommend.

S & M did a great job assessing our broken old sprinkler system and installing a new and efficient one. Although the reviews for S&M were almost to good to be true, I decided to call them. Scotty arrived on time, listened (really listened) to my explanation of the problem, provided solutions with details on the how and why without being condescending. His knowledge about sprinkler systems is impressive. Scotty and Richard were prompt, did the work and kept me updated with status during the day. They installed anti siphon valves, a shut off valve (that won’t get buried underground never to be found again), a pressure regulator along with a drip filter reducer.
