I had a great meeting with Dan pertaining to my worn down floor. He gave me a few suggestions along with a final cost of project. No hidden fees he told me. If an issue arose during installation, he said he would cover it. The price he gave me would cover the issue. Customer satisfaction was his number one goal. Nice job!!

I had my carpet and vinyl kitchen floor covering replaced and I'm very pleased with the quality of work they did. Dan was extremely concerned with doing the job the way that I wanted it done and made sure that I was pleased after the installation. I would use his company again for my floor covering needs because they take the time to satisfy all their unique customer needs.

The first thing I have to say is that Floor Coverings International was very accommodating to our requests. For example, I wanted to install hard wood flooring in the entire house, 1400sqft plus 14 stairs. Since we needed to move the furniture to do this massive job, I wanted to have painters paint the house while everything was being moved anyway. Why do this twice?The team at Floor Coverings International worked with the painters and everything worked out great.In addition to that major concern the process went well. A few unforeseen things did come up as is expected in a large project. For example, the molding on the stairs was not something that we had thought about. The day before the stairs were about to be installed we were approached and asked how we wanted to proceed. The team came up with several options and there wasn't any additional cost involved when we decided to go with the molding. The painters painted the trim on the stairs the day after the installation was complete. However, when the installers returned to address another issue they took pictures of the completed project.The most impressive thing was that six weeks after the project was already completed and paid for they returned to fix a door that was rubbing on the floor. That is dedication to the project and we appreciate that dedication.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have any price gimmicks or "one week only sales". There are no "buy 2 rooms get 1 free" type of stuff.
We simply offer the best products from the best manufacturers, using the most qualified installers, at an everyday great value. Our prices are always all-inclusive, with no change-orders. Once we give you a price, it stays that way even if your job becomes more complex once we remove your current flooring. There are no surprises, and you will not pay your balance until you are completely satisfied with result.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with the in-home consultation. Book an appointment, and we will handle the rest. Appointments can last from 30 min to 2 hours depending on how you like to shop. We will stay with you as long as you need to find a product that you love. Once we find the customized flooring solution that works for you, we agree to cash or payment terms, and schedule your install. Typically, your project can be complete in under 2 weeks from the initial appointment.
Step 1
Schedule a free in-home Design Consultation with one of our expert Design Associates. Your Design Associate will arrive on time in our Mobile Flooring Showroom. Inside the Mobile Showroom we have thousands of flooring choices that make up our carefully selected Mobile Flooring Collection. Your Design Associate will then measure your floors, help you choose the perfect flooring solution for you and will provide you with an estimate.
Step 2
After you’ve reviewed your proposal and estimate, you can review our financing options with your Design Associate and make your final decision.
Step 3
Upon your decision, your flooring will arrive and installation begins. We treat your home as if it was our own, so clean up of the flooring area, removal and replacement of furniture is included and done very carefully. We pride ourselves in maintaining and updating you on timelines, as we understand how important that is.

Everybody in the Floor Coverings International family receives 100's of hours of computer-based and hands-on training.
We visit the home office in Atlanta 2-4 times a year for specialized workshops.
We meet monthly with our reps from each company to learn the latest installation techniques and tips to get the most longevity and performance out of each product we carry.
Every installer is scrutinized for certifications, references, years of experience, and overall talent. We aren't looking for a bargain when it comes to installers, we are looking for the best available at a good value.
