- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My work practice is based on the Co-Active Coaching model, a strengths-based, future-oriented process, in concert with new therapeutic model of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and client's values. I also approach my creative partnership with clients from the standpoint of "What do you want?" and "I am here to assist you." As a first step, I give new clients a questionnaire designed to introduce themselves to me in terms of the things they value, the peak experiences they've had - a variety of things in their background that they'd like to bring to the coaching table. The theoretical underpinning of the school of coaching that I am most familiar with is that, we view clients as naturally creative, resourceful and whole. Their complimentary consultation/introduction will empower them to know how I can help them draft the blueprint for the successful life that they deserve and more.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over 15 years of experience in building effective, productive working relationships. I am a graduate of Northeastern University and earned a BS in Computer Science. I received my Life Coach training at Coaches' Training Institute (CTI), a premiere International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coaching program. I also received his certification in Effective Consultant at Leadership Strategies Institute.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
- Provide clients a tangible written plan with SMART goals, pointing them forward in each major area of your life. - Assist clients on setting goals that are Specific! Measurable! Accountable! Realistic! Tangible! (S M A R T) - Provide clients tools to rewrite the story of their life by showing them where they want to go and helping them get there. - Help clients to deal with a difficult past, develop more fulfilling relationships and pinpoint where they are on the road toward being fulfilled and successful. - Provide clients tools to overcome the roadblocks that have detoured them from deeper relationships and stunted their personal growth... - Help clients to end the cycle of Stress and significantly reduce worry in their life.
