Introduction: I run our karate school, teaching discipline, fitness and self-defense.
We group martial arts class for all ages and entry levels and also offer one-on-one lessons.
One on one lessons include fitness training and self-defense and are tailor made to each client.
Taking the discipline of martial arts and combining it with cardiovascular kickboxing, pad work and body exercises, we shape our students into healthy people who are also capable of defending themselves.
