It only lets me select 3/5 terms in a review so I had to select “Value”, “work quality” and “professionalism” but I want to be clear that Richard was also very “punctual” and “responsive”. I could not be happier with the work. We’ve had a gate that’s been having problems for years and I got lots of quotes for new gates that were very $$$ but Richard was the first pro to advise me to put on an anti-sag kit. He thought the gate was fine otherwise and just needed a little help. He was in and out in only a few minutes and did not over charge and literally saved me hundreds of dollars. I will be working with him again in the future.
