What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in fair and honest pricing, so no hidden fees or surprise charges. What you see is what you pay. We don’t charge for on-site estimates. We give discounts to elderly, veteran, and physically disabled people. Just let us know!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Preferably we’ll visit your property for a (free) onsite estimate but we can provide an online estimate based on the information you give us. If you decide to move forward we send you an agreement to your email for you to review and sign. We always communicate our estimated timeline and our arrival/departure times. In the end we always do a final walkthrough with the customer to ensure you are completely satisfied with our work.

We have over 13 years of experience in both commercial and residential painting. We’ve seen it all and we know how to handle any challenges that come up. Our experience means less surprises and a smoother experience overall.
