What an amazing experience from start to finish!
We had a paver sidewalk installed. This was a small project, but the team was excited to take it on. The first consults were great, from the options given to the recommendations for changing plans that made sense and saved on costs.
It was interesting to watch the team lay each paver - adding just a tablespoon more sand if it meant the paver would be more even. The whole team was more than willing to talk to us during the work with any questions or feedback we had.
We love our new walkway, have received compliments on it, and look forward to working with the team again on future projects.

I consulted 5 different companies before got in contact with Joel, and I am so happy about my decision.
This is an excellent team and they delivered quality work for my backyard + deck project.
Joel’s communication is punctual and clear, he set my expectation right about the quality standards, and there’s no extra cost throughout the project.
Thomas and his crew were highly professional, they communicated well with us on the options for deck material, and pavers, and he ran to store multiple times to find the right piece of material. The team put extra care in details, the deck end up being very robust, and the pavers are simply beautiful.
I highly recommend this team, you will get a good result and a peace in mind through out the process, personally I will definitely reach out to them for my future projects.

We used Valance Building for a floor project. They completely replaced our floor in our upstairs and downstairs areas and sanded down our hand rails to match the floor. The job came out beautiful. The service was like that of a five star restaurant versus my past experiences working with contractors.
