- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a $150 Minimum charge for any service call. This covers the first hour of trouble shooting any electrical issue. $85 An hour every hour after that. If the repair can be done at that moment due to loose connection there is no additional costs. Upfront pricing. If you are given a price for a project that price is honored. We will not ask for anymore then what you had agreed to.

Communication, I like to explain to customers the process and what to expect and help them understand their concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take continuing education every two years in my trade to keep my license active.
