- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard pricing for all of my services. They are located on my website. I can give special deals and discounts you would just need to contact me either through my website or email and I'll be able to get back to you depending on your situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I want to sit down and see what they're looking for in a photographer. Is there a specific look they're going for? Is there a specific theme? Anything that I can do to make the pictures turn out exactly how they want them. Also a big thing is figuring out the location that works for them, because location and theme go hand-in-hand. I like to make sure that they've seen my previous work so we have an understanding of what they can expect with their shoot. Lastly it's also great to figure out who they were recommended by if they were recommended by somebody.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to San Jose State and studied theatre and film. My classes in film helped give me a background in lighting and composition. hope skills are used when I do photography because the more natural the light the more elegant and magical the pictures turn out.
