Worked with RTS on multiple projects and they have proven to be one of the most knowledgeable and capable companies I’ve worked with.
For example I have a custom metal French door at my house. I went through 3 lock smiths and 2 other automation companies who were unable to provide workable solutions to automate the door lock. RTS took one look at it and was able to provide a solution that was secure and did not require huge modifications to the door.
They show their passion for the task by being willing to look at any issue in your house and provide solutions for it. For example my electrician had installed a large number of LED drivers in the house that were causing a lot of problems and overheating. They happily came in to help me look at the issue and reinstalled all of the drivers to ensure they did not flicker or overheat.
Pricing wise they are happy to work with me on my budget, constantly working to find ways to reduce costs when budget is limited.

Their crew did a great job of tailoring the system to my needs and limitations but at the same time they made great suggestions for upgrades that have worked out really well. We are really enjoying our new system. Highly recommended.
