Most escrow contracts only require the down payment to get started. Payments are made out of escrow as draws or at final closing.

Nothing complicated. State allowed 10% down, start-up funds after "3-day right of recission", progress payments at agreed upon benchmarks, and final pay after completion.

Regular on-line service training courses and requirements from CSLB.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Is our way of keeping the household running so that we can volunteer to work with youth and their parents in ministry.
