We had an excellent experience with Sal and his team. He came to give a quote for a fairly complicated tub repair, which came back quickly and efficiently. Once we decided to move forward, he was very communicative and polite. Due to ordering materials, our project took a bit of time, but he kept us informed the whole time. While in our home, all members of his team were very professional and polite. They made sure to leave everything clean and tidy once the work was done as well. We are very pleased with the finished product and my children are excited to get to *finally* use the big tub in our master suite! We highly recommend Sal's Plumbing, and will likely be using him again for future services.

Sal and his teammate came when they said they'd come to gives us an estimate and to do the work. He explained clearly (1) the problem with our shower [no water coming out at all], and the low water pressure in the two other showers; and (2) the proposed solution to these problems. We hired them to fix our main problem which was the lack of water in the main shower and they delivered! They fixed the problem, and cleaned the work area thoroughly when they were done. It took them longer than they expected but only because they needed to do a quick visit to the local hardware store to get additional materials -however, they maintained us informed as to why it was taking them longer. They were professional, communicative, and did a fantastic job. Thank you both!!!
