Sam and his team were a pleasure to work with. Competitive pricing, on-time and always responsive. They installed the unit well and took care of issues during install and also when I had an issue the next day they sent someone to immediately address the issue at no cost. Amazing team to work with. Sam gave me a good price for replacement of my AC unit. After installing they found that the previous circuit is not compatible with the new AC so they fix that too on the same day (for a reasonable extra charge). His team works hard and patiently.

Sam has been exceptional. I used his team's services for getting my HVAC replaced and moved into the attic. He was so patient with all my questions and numerous changes in work orders. His proposal was the most reasonable one as well. Even after the work is done, he sent his team back a couple of times for minor fix-ups. City's inspector said the installation was top-notch. Sam at PlumHVAC and his crew installed and tested a Gree heatpump unit at my home. Their work was of high quality at a competitive price. There was an issue with the existing level hight of the condensate drain line which they diagnosed and corrected as one would naturally expect, but what was surprising to me was that, they did not build me for the installation work until all was corrected and working 100%. Something rare these days, and it speaks about standing behind one's work. The system gas been running well for about a month or two.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free on-site quote for all kind replacement or new installation projects, this includes a full HVAC system inspection from one of our experienced technicians, and also a free estimate which will be prepared based on the customers need and the nature of the job. We also have free consultations over the phone, which can give a rough idea of what our customers need to know about their projects. We charge $110 for any kind of troubleshooting jobs which includes 30-45 minuets troubleshooting appointment from one of our experienced technicians and if the customer decide to do the repair with us we will then deduct the call out fee from the estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All our new customers will receive a call from one of our office members to get their appointments booked based on the time frame provided by the customers. Our customers will receive notification messages prior to their appointments. Replacement and new HVAC installation appointments are all free of charge. Once customer decides to go ahead with us we will then charge them a 10% deposit or up to $1000 whichever is less. Troubleshooting services have $110 call out fee which will then be considered as the deposit for the small projects and will be deducted from the estimated fee for repairing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully licensed from CSLB with license number 1087978 Class C20. And all technicians are required to have an EPA license and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field in order to work for Plum HVAC.
