Lori was great! She checked in on my kitties when we were gone for two weeks, which is longer than we are usually away. He came back and they were happy and eating well. She also took care of a few extras, like watering my plants, refilling the hummingbird feeder, and grabbing our mail.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am affordable and worth my fee. The price estimates are typically for 1 pet. I don’t charge extra fees for simple requests and long term stays may be given a discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask questions (phone and in person consultation) to be sure I am the best choice for their job. A provider shouldn’t be afraid to tell a customer that a better fit may be available. I want clients to feel we have the same beliefs and style in care giving for animals such as positive reinforcement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Apprenticeship with experienced providers. Continued education & research. Over a decade of experience.
