We have 3 dogs and they had completely demolished the natural grass backyard in my house. We wanted to get Artificial Grass installed asap this year. I started my Thumbtack project on Monday and got in touch with Eric from Milan Pavers&Turf on Monday. He was quick to respond, described the whole project to me in minutes after understanding my requirements and was able to provide me with a quote by end of day Monday (same day). On Tuesday, we finalized the project and Eric was able to get started on Wednesday. The Team at Milan was super professional and came on time on Wednesday. They went above and beyond to finish the project in one day (which saved me the hassle of putting my dogs in daycare for more than a day or even boarding them overnight). The Team took care of minor surprises and were super accommodative. The Artificial Turf for my backyard was completed within a day and by 7 pm, my dogs were already playing and trying out the synthetic grass. If you want super professionalism, quick response and timely execution without compromising quality, I would highly recommend Milan Pavers&Turf

I recently had artificial grass installed by Milan and was very happy with the outcome. Eric and his team (Sergio et al) are very professional, knowledgeable and conscientious! We live in San Francisco and sometimes there are challenges with parking, narrow streets and homes, but Eric and his team made it work. We also had a slight delay on the turf delivery due to a temporary stock out, but Eric worked with the supplier to minimize the delay. I highly recommend Milan and we love our new yard!

Eric and his crew led by Adrian did a wonderful job removing my old redwood deck and installed a paver patio in is place. Everything was done in about 3.5 days. The only issue I had was with some communication issues regarding arrival times for work and some minor repairs of damage during demo. All was resolved thru Eric without a problem.

Erik and his team at Milan pavers and turf did a great job on my backyard project. I had ~500 sq of artificial turf and travertine tile installed. Their team moved fast to complete the job and was satisfied with their work. They were friendly, no ego, and answered all my questions prior to the job and during the job. Recommend you use them for your project!

Upgrade to my irrigation system, cleaned and cleared: overgrown trees, bushes, rubbish. Cleaned up after themselves. Owner did a walkthrough with me to make sure I was satisfied and all was done as expected. Owner response was quick and to point. No hidden charges and No additional work necessary. This company also pressure washed my “slate” patio and side yard, then applied two coats sealant. Slate is beautiful!!
