FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in upfront, transparent pricing with no surprises. Our standard HVAC diagnostic/service call is $63, which includes a professional evaluation of your system to determine the cause of the issue. Before any repairs are made, your technician will explain their findings, review your options, and provide pricing for your approval. We also offer seasonal HVAC specials and maintenance options throughout the year. Ask us about our Service Partner Plan for additional savings, priority scheduling, and included HVAC system checks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to make your experience simple and stress-free from the very first call. We’ll start by learning about your HVAC needs and scheduling a convenient appointment. You’ll receive updates so you know when your technician is on the way. Once at your home, our trained technician will evaluate your system, explain what they find, and provide clear options and upfront pricing before any work begins. We’ll answer your questions and give you the information you need to make the best decision for your home—without pressure. At Guardian Plumbers, Heating, Air & Electrical, our goal is to provide dependable service and be “Someone You Can Trust.”
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our HVAC technicians receive ongoing professional training to stay current with today’s heating and cooling systems, diagnostic procedures, repair techniques, maintenance practices, and industry standards. Our team has hands-on experience servicing and troubleshooting a wide variety of HVAC equipment, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and other residential comfort systems. We also believe training goes beyond technical skills—our technicians are trained to communicate clearly, respect your home, explain their findings, and provide options so you can make an informed decision. At Guardian Plumbers, Heating, Air & Electrical, continued education and professional development are an important part of providing the quality service our customers expect.
