We were very pleased with Bye Junk. We needed them for a basement clean out and our house is such that they couldnt put the truck anywhere near the door so they had to carry everything up some uneven stone steps across the yard through a gate to the truck. It required them to make many trips often carrying heavy objects They were fast. The price was very fair and they communicated with us very well in the whole process. They kept updating us as to when they would arrive after giving us a two hour window. I would definitely use them if I had to do it again.

I have been baseball teams all my life , have a masters degree in organizational leadership. In the past I worked as an account manager. These experiences and tools have given me the emotional intelligence and patience to work with customers , resolve conflicts and provide great customer service.
