I had such a great experience! Living on the 3rd floor by myself, moving a big furniture dog crate was impossible for me with my busy schedule. I reached out and he came within 20 minutes, which was such a lifesaver since I needed it gone right away. He was extremely friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and stress-free.
