I accept e-docs, have a dual tray laser printer, scan capabilities and have $100,00 coverage of E&0. I have experience with various home loans: Purchases, Re-Fi's, HELOCs, Reverse Mortgages, VA, FHA, and many other documents such as Grant Deeds, Quitclaims Deeds, Power of Attorney, Trusts, Certification of Trusts, and Medical Directives, to name a few.
