I am always going to workshops to learn the newest exercises and nutrition updates.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
A lot of people are coming to me for multiple things. Losing or Gaining Weight, Toning/Firming, Flexibility, Developing Muscle, Body Building, Endurance/Conditioning, Nutrition, and more. Mostly improving their overall health.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Knowing your goals and having an open mind. Getting a trainer is a life style change and you have to be willing to change your habits and life to improve in your goals.
