- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not too complicated. Appraisals from $350 the typical home or condo. With income properties the price goes up for rental surveys and operating income statements etc. 2-4 units are 550 and up. Home inspections start at $275 and go up to $400. depending on the age and condition not just square footage as most do it. A large new home is easier than a very small old home. Apartments go up do to the quantity of units but the individual price is lower. Ask me for a quote. Im easy to work with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Appraisers have one of the most aggressive continued education requirements in real estate. You can visit the state website to see for yourself how much is required.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Had to stop traveling for the construction projects. Projects like i built are best case done and done on time. Then it is over and off to the next one wherever it may be. I have custody of my daughter and she needed me home.
