Window cleaning & washing in Temecula & Murrieta. We also do pressure washing and screen repair. We do a large amount of commercial window cleaning as well. Restaraunts, hotels, car dealerships, industria buildings all have windows that need to be cleaned on a regular basis. We love cleaning windows!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Any customer looking to hire a service provider should ask these 3 questions: 1. How long have you been in business? Experience counts!! 50% of all new businesses go out of business within the first year. After 5 years the number is up to 80% Any business that has been in business longer than 5 years is doing something right. The longer the company has been in business the better the chance of you having a pleasurable experience when getting your windows cleaned. 2. Do you offer any kind of guarantee? Most window cleaning companies donÂt! They finish the job, collect their money and they are on their way. Look for a company that offers a guarantee. If they are confident in providing you a quality service then at minimum they will offer a 100% satisfaction or you donÂt pay guarantee. A very select few are so good they go the next step and offer a 100% satisfaction or they will pay you! 3. Are you licensed and insured? A lot of companies are licensed. ThatÂs good! ItÂs required! ItÂs a great first step towards being a legitimate business operation. But what about business liability insurance? What if there is an accident on your property that does damage to your home? If itÂs $100.00 to $500.00 worth of damage, the window cleaning company has a problem. Usually that can be compensated by the company out of their cash account. However, what if itÂs $5,000.00 up to $1000,000.00 worth of damage, depending on the size of the company, you the homeowner has a problem. Now weÂre talking a lot of money! The type of money most companies donÂt have for these circumstances. ThatÂs where business liability insurance comes in. TO PROTECT YOU!! DonÂt even think of hiring a window cleaning company without a business liability policy! Most insurance policies are cover up to one million in damages. Some go the extra mile and provide 2 million in liability protection. If one million is good, 2 million is better! Again, business liability insurance is for your protection! Ask them if they can provide proof of insurance. The only acceptable answer is yes. This is non-negotiable. Hopefully these questions will save you potential problems down the road.
