Astrum Windows did an excellent job from start to finish! Communication was always prompt and professional, and they provided a fast quote at a fair price. The installation was scheduled quickly, and the crew was courteous, efficient, and left everything spotless when they were done.They replaced several of our windows and installed a secure dog door into our sliding glass door. Everything looks great and works perfectly. We especially appreciated their honest advice and helpful recommendations throughout the process. They never pressured us into anything and made sure we chose what worked best for our home.The warranty gave us additional peace of mind, and the entire experience was smooth and stress free. I had a great experience working with Astrum Glass. They helped me carefully disassemble my shower glass enclosure so I could repair the floor tiles, and then returned to reinstall everything once the tile work was completed.Alexander and Adrian were superb. They arrived right on time, took their time to complete the job properly, and handled the glass with great care during both the disassembly and reinstallation. It was clear that they are highly skilled and experienced in their work.They were also very professional and friendly. They took the time to explain their process and made sure everything was installed correctly. Their attention to detail really shows in the final result.Thanks to their work, my shower looks beautiful again. Im extremely happy with the outcome and the overall service I received.In fact, I was so impressed that Ive already ordered two new glass shower systems from Astrum Glass for my ADU project. Alex and Astrum Glass did a great job installing our glass panels around our deck. In addition to quality work, they stand behind their installations, willing to come back to address any issue. Problems such as weather can be challenging but Alex will asses and come up with the right solution. Highly recommend their work.
