I have to organize a family dinner for my husband’s birthday at home last minute in lieu of a canceled birthday vacation. Chef Rebecca was able to accommodate my request for French cuisine dinner. We loved all the dishes she prepared especially her Beef Bourguignion. It was so delicious. I recommend her!

Details: Birthday or anniversary party • Dinner • French • Family style • No, drop off only • Home • Yes, full kitchen • Fewer than 20 guests • Premium (high end ingredients)

⭐️Stop searching & hire Rebecca now!⭐️ Many of my life’s best food experiences have come at the hands of Rebecca Eichenbaum as a chef. Whether it be her creative & whimsical desserts (a frozen spruce soufflé with pistachio crumble once blew my mind) that defy any notion of what desserts must be, her rustic sourdough breads, flaky pastries, flavorful savory dishes (she makes killer middle eastern fare) and even handcrafted kombucha, it’s possible that there’s literally nothing that she can’t do. Her great love of nature and botany shows through her dishes, incorporating nuanced flavors, carefully foraged local goods & unlikely herbs & spices. I’ve hired her to make wedding cakes, seasonal dinners, purchased her pastries & breads and attended her cooking classes (she’s a wonderful teacher! Great for a party or even virtual class!) If I had all the money in the world, Rebecca would be my private chef. But, lucky for you, I don’t, so you can hire her, too!

Rebeccca went above and beyond to create the desserts for my intimate wedding. During the process of deciding on flavors and styles, Rebecca was reponsive and open, and also provided me with fantastic suggestions. Considering all of my dietary restrictions, she was able to thoughtfully and tastefully recreate a dairy free, fig topped / strawberry jam crusted tart! in addition to a variety of my favorite cookies - both dairy free and traditional for the guests. They were all divine. I dream about the next time she can make a special dessert for us. I was so impressed by her ability to combine the most seasonal + local ingredients with a creative twist. Look at this gorgeous tart!

I absolutely love what Rebecca does. She manages to create simple-seeming food that anyone and everyone can enjoy, while adhering to her values of seasonality and local produce. It’s always a treat to eat her creations, and even more of one to get to learn from her when she does demo’s and classes. She makes new food and ingredients accessible and I’ve watched people try things they never had before because she creates such a sense of comfort and trust. Highly highly recommended!
