Owner, Tyler did a great job refinishing and patching our old concrete floors. It was very hard to find a concrete floor specialist who understood this type of flooring. I am impressed with the quality of work and professionalism. He was very responsive and punctual, making it easy to get the job done and work within my schedule. I plan to have him come back to do regular maintenance. Highly recommended!

We had an epoxy floor project for our kitchen started by a concrete contractor that did not go well. Statewide came in and fixed the floor in inly five days after we'd spent six weeks trying to get it right with the original contractor. Tyler was responsive, thorough, timely, neat and professional. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

Do not hire Tyler. Unfortunately what started out as a 4 or 5 star review ended with a 1 star. Tyler’s crew did not clean up after themselves leaving prep tape on the doors. In addition, after the floors dried from being waxed, I noticed that they had left splashed concrete on all the door reveals. I’ve asked him to come remove this but no action on his part as well as to send me instructions on how I could get this off if he can’t come but have yet to receive any.
In addition when we hired him I expressed how the living room floor needed to be levels where the slab had shifted. He said no problem but after doing the overlay it was still visibly slanted. I expressed my dissatisfaction and he then did a second overlay in the living room (after charging me another $500) and where the sections meet is now visibly two different colors. That was also disappointing as we wanted a uniform look throughout the house.
Lastly I’ve found Tyler to be much less responsive after getting paid and wanting to charge for items that he said he would do previously. This includes moving our stove and refrigerator back inside after numerous requests which he said he would initially do but after cashing his check said we would need pay for it and that wasn’t in the scope of work. Yet he did not charge for moving any of it out and had not asked for anything on the day that he said he would do it when his crew was packing up the equipment.
Having managed a lot of subcontractors in my career, Tyler’s actions raise a lot of red flags. There are other more experienced concrete subs out there and Tyler’s prices are comparable to theirs. Do not make the same mistake we did and go with the contractor that has an immediate opening in his schedule.
