- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Atlas General Construction, every successful project starts with clear communication and genuine care. We begin with a free consultation, by phone, Zoom, or on-site, to understand your vision, timeline, and goals. From there, you'll receive a detailed, itemized estimate with full transparency on labor, materials, and scheduling. Throughout the project, a dedicated project manager and site supervisor keep you informed every step of the way. We handle permitting, inspections, and trade coordination so you don't have to. Our commitment doesn't end at completion, we stand behind our work long after the job is done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner, Bill, is a licensed General Contractor, and our entire team is fully licensed, insured, and bonded. We hold bi-weekly team meetings to review active projects, identify areas for improvement, and reinforce safety protocols, because we believe great work starts with a great team. Our commitment to ongoing training means every job is held to the highest standards.
