Introduction: Hi everyone Im Jim. I have been helping my family and friends resolve computer/printer issues for years. I perform a full diagnostic to determine what needs to be done. I include the $90hr diagnostics fee to the cost of repair if the project becomes more involved. I am honest and direct with my approach to problem solving. I will work with you every step of the way to create a plan to fix the issue at a price we can both agree on. I do well with miscellaneous other projects that you might need help with. I do not have a computer degree. I do not have certification. I have common sense and stellar communication skills that are crucial in this field of work. I troubleshoot thru trial and error to resolve issues. If I cannot fix the problem, i create a "plan b" replacing the machine.

Unfortunately I’m electronically challenged. Jim came and asked me what the problem was and proceeded to fix my computer entanglement. I especially thought how nice it was that he also took the time to explain what I did to get to this point and how Not to create the same situation . He did not make me feel like I was dumb, he proceeded to set me up and back on my way . ( figuratively of course) I was very impressed with his knowledge and patience.
