Unfortunately I’m electronically challenged. Jim came and asked me what the problem was and proceeded to fix my computer entanglement. I especially thought how nice it was that he also took the time to explain what I did to get to this point and how Not to create the same situation . He did not make me feel like I was dumb, he proceeded to set me up and back on my way . ( figuratively of course) I was very impressed with his knowledge and patience.
