FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated at all - by the hour or by the project. I am flexible and will customize any of my projects, keeping in mind the small business owners' budgetary concerns. That being said, I charge what I am worth and deliver excellent work. I want business and I pride myself on doing a good job and getting a great referral - which just brings in more business! A win-win for all.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I attend at least one webinar a week, follow industry-leader blogs, take online classes once a month to stay updated on my skills.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I used social media for my own businesses (which I subsequently sold) and enjoyed a 66% increase in sales. My friends starting asking me to help them online, and soon I realized I had a great skill-set of writing, blogging, putting together social media campaigns for others, so I decided to sell my other business and help people full-time. I formed my company, The Social Networking Navigator in 2011 and now guest blog, write for Women Online Magazine, and enjoy a mixed bag of clients for which I handle many different facets of online marketing. I also private coach and am a keynote speaker, and active in person networker, too.
