What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a consultation to understand your vision and specific needs. We'll discuss package options, customize as necessary, and provide a transparent quote. Once you're ready to proceed, we require a 50% deposit to secure your date. Closer to the event, we'll finalize details to ensure a seamless experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a degree in Design from Tec de Monterrey in Mexico, complemented by an enriching year abroad studying in the world capital of design, Milan.
During my time in Milan, I delved into the art of photography, taking specialized classes that have significantly contributed to my design perspective. This unique blend of academic background and practical exposure allows me to bring a well-rounded approach.
