I can't say enough great things about my recent experience with Absolute Comfort. Our heater stopped working about 2 weeks ago and after getting several quotes and recommendations of needing to replace our entire system, I spoke with Marc and he provided us with the option of repairing our system rather than replacing everything, saving us a ton of money. Marc quickly identified the issue and clearly explained what needed to be done. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, and before I knew it, the heat was back on! We charge a dislogistic fee plus a flat rate repair charge
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer contacts our office we schedule and email them an appointment confirmation. The day of the service we text them 30 minutes before the appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We stay current on all the new technologies with continuing education
