Pricing depends on the scope and complexity of the project. I provide a detailed written estimate before any work begins — no surprises, no hidden fees. For smaller handyman-type tasks, hourly rates apply. For remodeling projects, I work on a project basis with a clear breakdown of labor and materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a free consultation — either by phone or in person — to understand exactly what you need. Then I provide a written estimate with timeline and cost. Once approved, I handle everything: scheduling, coordinating trades, materials, and quality control. You have one point of contact throughout the entire project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
hold a California General Contractor License. I have hands-on experience in bathroom remodeling, kitchen renovations, and general home improvement across Orange County. My background in corporate risk management gives me a structured approach to project planning, budgeting, and client communication.
