During our initial consultation, we will outline the services you need and give you an exact quote based on the scope of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a complimentary consultation (by phone, video call, or in person) to understand your needs—whether it's tax preparation, bookkeeping, or both. We’ll ask a few questions about your business or personal situation to determine how we can best help. After the consultation, we’ll provide a customized quote based on the services you need. We’ll explain the scope of work, timelines, and pricing upfront—no hidden fees.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed formal training in accounting and tax preparation, and I’m certified as an MBA, CRTP, RTP, AFSP-ROC, and ERO. I also take continuing education every year to stay current with the latest IRS guidelines and bookkeeping standards. My hands-on experience working with individuals and small businesses allows me to offer both accuracy and personalized support.
