- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are very reasonable compared to the competition when you consider the amount of expertise and service we deliver.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will assess over the phone or via email what is needed to accomplish the client's task. Once we verify the complete scope of work we will confirm an estimate will not change. New customers are welcome to visit the office and meet the team.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has extensive experience in a broad range of industries and working with different professions and entrepreneurs. As CPAs we have worked for other CPA firms as we developed our skills over the years. We have 4 year degrees from top schools in the nation and hold various professional licenses.
