1st time very good (different cleaners) and worked hard to be flexible with work travel - which I greatly appreciated . However, they disregarded requests the second time not to do laundry and put a brand new duvet with brand new comforter still in it (new move in), on hot in washer when it was dry clean only, and of course can’t be washed with a comforter still IN it - which caused huge holes and a destroyed brand new down comforter. This is in addition to putting silk sheets in drier causing thousands dollar of damage - the labels were on both with symbols saying not to do this. This is after using Google translate by text, sticky notes on each item and offering an in person translator. In addition, they left many things undone without notifying, after they included it in prior quote to hire and me confirming it was done before they left. They left without saying a thing about it not being complete - I only discovered when I came home.
Everyone makes mistakes, this is not the issue, but when I went to communicate the damage to simply avoid it in future , they were incredibly unprofessional and first ignored and then claimed it was a “classist issue” when it was just polite and necessary feedback of a job that was done very differently than agreed to multiple times, so it wouldn’t happen moving forward.
So in the end, it cost far more in damage and hassle than the actual price of cleaning, and job agreed to and quoted was left partially undone. Maybe it was a bad day/fluke, as the first clean was good which is why I was happy to hire them again. Sadly, the lack of professionalism in response to feedback and communication is the reason this recommendation has changed.

I very much appreciate your comment, obviously I will not make public what we have already talked about it, because I think it is a lack of ethics and professionalism.
I will only comment that you were the first to have not met what was agreed at the beginning, demanding much more for the same price, which cost a lot more.
And I wish you don't do the same with the professionals who are working on you.
