I hired Jackie to photograph my anniversary event/surprise proposal. Her photography skills were amazing, and she was completely professional in all aspects. I had made special requests and she complied with all of them without any hesitation. Also, she had a quick turnaround to get me the photos. The photos were not simply the event photos, but some were edited that made the memory even more special. The distribution of the photos was done so it was convenient and simple for me. The biggest part of the whole event that I needed photographed was the actual proposal. She captured it flawlessly. This was such an important event for me and my fiancee and Jackie captured it better than what I imagined. I was impressed with everything Jackie provided and would highly recommend her to anyone interested in a photographer.

Jackie was able to photograph my family (22 members) at the Rose Garden; not an easy feat. It is really hard to get everyone to listen and be willing to pose multiple times. Jackie's calm and positive demeanor definitely helped. She did a great job at coordinating our poses in different areas of the park, and was especially great at photographing and capturing the expressions of the children. Our photo shoot took approximately one hour. I am satisfied with the pictures she took. :-)

Jackie photographed my birthday/business introduction party at Gladstone's in Long Beach. I met with her at the venue, in advance of the event and I stressed to her how important the photos were for my website, so I wanted photos of everything so that I could pick and choose which to use for my website, networking sites, and my personal usage. I also informed her that I am not really photogenic, so if she could make me look good, I would really appreciate it.
Jackie followed through on everything! She arrived to the venue early, she took extremely detailed photos that will look great on my website, and also some personal shots that made me look fabulous. My guests were jumping in taking photos along with Jackie, but she was able to work her way through the crowd to get some quality shots and she proceeded to work the party without any issues. She took photos of my party and also the scenic surroundings that I did not think of capturing. She is extremely detailed with her work and highly professional. I will be working with Jackie again in the near future.

Jackie shot my son's 5th birthday party at a loud, frenetic trampoline place and managed to be everywhere at once. She then sent me a link to download the pics within a week. She captured terrific shots with a kind, relaxed, uber professional disposition and was a complete pleasure to work with. She also did all of this 10 weeks after having her own son!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes complimentary culling and select editing. I will edit roughly 8 images per hour of shooting. I will also deliver ALL of the images for you to keep.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to learn a bit about the client and hone in on what they are really looking for. Some clients want to make the choices and some want me to. I enjoy figuring out the best way to work with each individual client to fit their needs. It is my job to facilitate so that my customers get the most out of their experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a lifelong photographer. I have a Master of Fine Arts degree in Motion Picture Production and worked in TV and Film for nearly 15 years.
I apply my film-making knowledge to cover the best angles and special moments.
