FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing standard I use is to stay flexible. I start at the industry standard for free-lance web development, graphic design and photography but I also try to work with each customer's budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like speak to potential customers about what they want (of course). Then try to get some background on their business, their time frame for the work and what they will be doing with the work we do. This determines what type of files I will be sending of the final approved product. I then discuss their budget. This way they are able to fully express their goals and I can then plan options to deliver their work to them based on their budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did attend Encino School of Technology and Design in 1998 and completed that in 2000 but the majority of the education was on the job training at MCA.Universal. I was actually an education major in college. I learned from guys who did work on such artist as Steely Dan, Elton John, Cher and Neil Diamond to name a few.
