My now husband and I hired Sharon one week before our wedding due to an unfortunate event that occurred with our previous coordinator.
Our first phone call conversation was amazing she asked questions and got straight to the point. We had our wedding at FCCLA, a very large church in Los Angeles. She had never been to the venue, but none of my wedding party could tell when she met is at rehearsal. She worked so well with the staff at the church and she was so personable.
The day of the wedding she setup our reception area so beautifully and she dressed the part. We needed duct tape..Sharon had it. Our baby was being fussy..she handled it. She did an amazing job plus more.
If you are looking to hire a coordinator or a day of coordinator I highly suggest Sharon.
The only negative thing I could say is that our son wanted to take her home and he couldn't (he's only 5 btw).
Wish we had her from the start but she made our ending amazing

Sharon was a blessing for our wedding. We hired her for the full-service. Being far away from LA, we had no idea where to start. She is calm, responsible, and quick to respond. She is very detail-oriented and clear in her information. How can you not want someone like that to plan your wedding?
We remember receiving the venue information soon after our first call. We were surprised how quickly she got all the information together. Despite our time difference from the East Coast, she accommodated us well with our weekly meeting. She always stayed on top of everything and kept us on track.
She did a great job guiding us through all the decisions with her professional suggestions. Our wedding turned out exactly how we wanted. She took care of any sudden changes and problems on the day-of. We didn't need to worry about anything because she was our wedding planner. She is trilingual and was capable of handling our multicultural guests and settings. We had a memorable day and would never regret having her as our wedding planner which became our friend now.

If you are getting married and don't know where to start then you should book a consultation with Little Birdies Events & Co. From our first meeting to the day of the wedding, Sharon was on top of it! She thought of things that I didn't even think of and it was so nice to have her on the day of. I actually got to enjoy my wedding and didn't have to worry about a thing. She was very flexible with time and always answered my (many) text messages. I'll miss our weekly chats. Thank you Sharon!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to stay within the client's budget because I know how stressful it can be. I also pass on any discounts that vendors I work with to the clients automatically. I know it's a business but it is ultimately the clients important day.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process with a new customer is to have a conversation with them (usually my free consultation) and see what is really important to them, what makes them tick and how/what I can bring to the table to ultimately help them.
Then it's figuring out what works, schedules, logistics, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing event/wedding planning for nearly 10 years.
