Roman responded to my inquiry within minutes, and Dimitri came out to our house 2 hours later. He checked our system thoroughly and diagnosed our problem. They gave me a fair quote. Once I accepted, he had our AC up and running within 30 minutes.

Orbit really saved me during a miserably hot week. Another HVAC company had visited TWICE and was not able to resolve the issue. Orbit was here the same day and was determined to have my A/C operating before leaving for the day. He was determined, was able to trouble shoot a multi layered issue, and finally was able to not only get the A/C working, but also charged it with Freon and increased the air flow coming out of the vents. Super professional, explained everything in detail and showed me gauges and parts. Really appreciate the attention to detail. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with this company. It was extremely hot yesterday, so we really appreciated how quickly they responded to our call. They contacted us right away and were able to schedule an appointment at a time that worked for us.
