- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent with no hidden fees. Notary fee is $15 per signature (as allowed by California law) Travel fee is $40 within 20 miles from Northridge/Hidden Hills Full Mobile Apostille service is a flat $150 (includes notarization, state fees, submission, and return) Loan Signing starts at $150 Certified Russian-English translation is $40 per page I always provide the exact total price before the visit. Discounts are available for multiple documents or returning clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask a few quick questions about your documents and location I give you a clear, fixed price and available time I come to your location (home, hospital, office, etc.) I review and notarize the documents on the spot For apostille, I handle submission to the California Secretary of State and return the finished document to you The entire process is fast, convenient, and stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned California Notary Public (Commission #2526771, valid through July 2029) and a certified Loan Signing Agent. I have completed specialized training in real estate loan signings and apostille procedures. I stay up-to-date with current California notary laws and Secretary of State requirements.
